STEP 3: SECURE THE DEAL

ONCE YOU RECEIVE A DEAL THAT YOU WANT TO BUY, REPLY USING THE TEMPLATE "I WANT DEAL NUMBER X". YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE AN EMAIL INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING;

  • INVOICE OF THE SOURCING FEE 

  •  A  PHONE CALL TO DISCUSS ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUCH AS NDA AGREEMENT

  • A LIST OF DOCUMENTS INCLUDING A FURTHER DETAILED DUE DILLIGENCE PACKAGE

STEP 4: COMPLETION

AT THIS POINT YOU CAN RELAX, WE HAVE SECURED YOUR DEAL. THIS IS WHERE WE TAKE A STEP BACK AND INFORM THE AGENT OR VENDOR WHO IS PURCHASING THE PROPERTY. THE AGENT/VENDOR WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH THE FINAL STAGES OF THE PROCESS AND THE DEAL WILL GO THROUGH JUST LIKE ANY OTHER.

Compliance

We are registered with the following schemes to ensure the process is kept to a minimal risk and compliant with the law

If things were not to go as planned, any complaints will be put through the property redress shceme if we are not able to deal with them directly.

Indemnity insurance is a contractual agreement in which one party guarantees compensation for actual or potential losses or damages sustained by another party.These special insurance policies indemnify or reimburse professionals against claims made as they conduct their business. We are therefore able to back your lost funds in the incident that things do not go as expected.

In order to protect us both we are registered witb the HMRC for AMLS supervision and conduct checks on all client funds that come through our accounts. Any funds coming from a foreign investor will be checked twice as they transfer currencies. 

The Data Protection Act 2018 requires all data controllers to register with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We must comply with this act and therefore must apply for a data protection license and renew our registration annually. Do not worry, your personal information is safe with us.
